During your visit, we’ll discuss your concerns, review your medical history, and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs — whether that’s skincare, injectables, IV therapy, or wellness options. A $45 consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your selected service or Good Faith Exam (GFE) once you decide to move forward. *can be done same day if you’d like!* This fee is nonrefundable.

During this consultation, we’ll discuss your wellness goals, medical history, and determine which prescription weight loss option best fits your needs. We’ll review lifestyle factors, expected results, and treatment plans to ensure the best approach for you. If you choose to move forward, this appointment includes your telehealth visit with our nurse practitioner, delegated under our medical director, to complete your medical clearance and prescription authorization if appropriate. Please note: This consultation is for evaluation and education purposes only and does not guarantee medical approval or prescription. If you decide not to move forward for any reason during/after your consultation, the $50 consultation fee is nonrefundable.

During the visit, we will review your health history, current medications, lifestyle factors, and discuss concerns such as fatigue, recovery, inflammation, gut health, skin concerns, hormonal changes, or body composition. This visit serves as an educational prescreen and wellness-focused review and is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions. Peptide therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and this consultation emphasizes safety, individualized planning, and appropriate next steps. If you are a potential candidate, treatment options, pricing, and timelines will be discussed. Please note, peptide administration is not provided at this visit, and a required Good Faith Exam (GFE) with our nurse practitioner via telehealth is required prior to initiating treatment to ensure patient safety and medical appropriateness.
