During your visit, we’ll discuss your concerns, review your medical history, answer any questions, and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs—whether that’s skincare, injectables, IV therapy, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, or other wellness services. A $50 consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your selected service or Good Faith Exam (GFE) when you decide to move forward. Same-day treatment may be available when appropriate. This fee is non-refundable.

During this consultation, we’ll discuss your wellness goals, medical history, and determine which prescription weight loss option best fits your needs. We’ll review lifestyle factors, expected results, and treatment plans to ensure the best approach for you. If you choose to move forward, this appointment includes your telehealth visit with our nurse practitioner, delegated under our medical director, to complete your medical clearance and prescription authorization if appropriate. Please note: This consultation is for evaluation and education purposes only and does not guarantee medical approval or prescription. If you decide not to move forward for any reason during/after your consultation, the $50 consultation fee is nonrefundable.
